Prawns....
I use prawns for my protein intake daily. For 206g I get 50g of protein. This seems to be a very good source of protein as it has no fat content . It is also so easy to get up in the morning and all you have to do is open up a tub and eat it fresh. No hassle. Any of you Guy's use prawns in your diet ?

Prawns are awsome i would ususaly have a big bowl of prawns+source with rice for dinner. MMMMMMMMMMM

Watch out for cholesterol dude

prawns/shrimps are great 2-3 times a week...although I wouldn't eat 'em everyday for cholesterol considerations
