    sabbotagers

    been cardioing for a couple of months and the fat is coming off... for the last week been putting a cutting diet together(off the sticky). the wife seems like she is trying to sabbotage me already, with stocking the pantry with junk food. i fuss, but she says you the fat one not me. i feel like i need more support, i may turn here for help and condolence. will take before pic and post

    Maybe she thinks you'll be too sexy if you slim down and run off with a 21 year old stripper?

    would 300 gram of protien, 50 grams of fat(20 thru fish and flax oil) and 100 grams of carbs, per day. be a good starting point for me...... i am 50 yo, 5' 11" mid 230's and about 25 percent body fat. i would like to drop my b/f awhole lot. i can NOT lift weights for the time being. but i get in 45 min to hour of bike cardio, staying with my hr in the 140s, and walk for a hour. 5 days a week. i started 250mg cyp with 200 mg eq per week hrt cycle. and i dont know crap and this goes double about dieting! thanks in advance.

    that's ok.. tell her your younger girlfriend understands and supports you..

    that always gets them..

    she is dead wrong to think this way.. you don't ask for sex do you?? i mean, you just take it right??

    point being, she is probably wanting to keep you out of shape because she really doesn't want the other women paying attention to you.. she is feeling insecure, and yes, you are to fault for that.. make her feel safe..

    or throw the food out in a fit of rage..
