    Turkey Bacon

    Went out and bought the Jennie-O brand its 95% lean, actually tastes great ive been eating it in the morning with my whites. This stuff isnt bad is it?

    Pretty broad question considering you didn't give any stats for the food but I would say no, if it fits into your daily macro requirements.

    I too eat turkey bacon with my whites, its a nice change from no flavor! Only thing that I would say one needs to be just a little watchful over are the sodium levels. Don't be eating like 15 pieces a day!

    Sodium is important and should not be an issue as long as you keep your h20 intake up.
