natty peanut butter
I was typing my latest diet into a weight analysis program (diet analysis+ for those keeping track) and recently i've started adding peanut butter to my bulk. the program didn't list peanut butter (smucker's natural) as having any efa's. Am i confused here? sorry if this is a dumb question, but it seems like in all the other stuff i've read peanut butter holds some great fats

natty pb is equivalent to dry roasted peanuts IMO (well, sometimes they add honey and a little oil to make the pb into paste but its usually minimal..like 2% of total weight, hence negligible)... so you can plug in dry roasted peanuts instead and you'd still be able to get the EFA macros...although it is weird that your program doesnt list pb as having any EFAs..maybe just a software glitch?

Not much efa in peanut butter. if you want efa go with fish oil.
