What Type of Casein Protein?

I need advice on what brand of Casein Protein to get. I am currently finishing up my jug of Optimums 100% Casein Protein and cant wait for it to be gone, i mean that crap is horrible!!! Between drinking that and my fish oil before i go to bed i want to just sleep and never wake up again..hah

Are there any that taste decent or do they all taste like my grandmothers socks??

I don't know how the ON tastes, but the one I'm using has no flavor it's just the bland taste of casein, almost tastless with a slight milky hint. It's not that bad.

try the ON vanilla. it's much better. that's what i use

Try ISS Research Micellar Matrix. I dont know how much cassein is in it, but each flavor tastes very good. I have them all and mix and match flavors. Bananna chocolate or chocolate vanilla. I think its a good blend. Anyone know how much micellar is actually in it? Could be wasting my cash.

I crack 2 eggs into my beaker, top up with water to 300ml, add 1 scoop of ON Chocolate Casein, blend it up and neck it with a handful of almonds and my nighttime supps/vits.

i do fat free salt free cottage cheese, 2 servings, with 1 tb spoon of flax oil for my last meal.
