    Nighttime Question

I know it is vital to consume simple carbs immediately following weight training.

    My question is this,

If I train from 9 - 10 at night and go to sleep at 11, and I am trying to lose BF would it be beneficial to skip on the simple carbs at night after training?

Can you train earlier in the day? If not, I would still consume carbs pwo, but not simple carbs.

I would def eat the carbs pwo. As long as they fit into your daily kcals you should be good.

Well I could train in the morning before work around 5, I would like to just do cardio at this time. Either way I drive an hour to work, and an hour back, I am so damn tired by this time I nap and then get up and go lift...so in short, yes i could but I choose not to.

I lift in the early evening (6-8) and dont consume any carbs pwo, I dont get very much benefit from it. The only carbs I eat are from brocclli or mixed veggies, Every once in a while I might have a small baked potatoe,

I havent lost any muscle and have gotten progressivly leaner.

I do however think it helps alot taking in a carb source with protein for recovery. I tend to get a bit worn out faster these days and try to squeeze in as much sleep as possiable...
