    my diet

    6 am 6 egg whites 1 whole egg and 1 cup oats with 20 grams of protien

    9am met rex protien shake 40 grams

    12 chicken and brown rice

    3 protien shake

    train

    430 shake and banna


    7 chicken and brown rice




    isthis an ok diet to use with steroids


    my stats are 5feet 5 inches tall 189 pounds and bodyfat is somewere around 11

    I would kill the extra protein if they are large eggs your getting 36g+10 or so from the oaties ad 2 eggs if you feel the need

    I would strongly suggest a whole food here such as your next meal and probably some beans for fiber atleast thats what I do

    Carbs are super important pre workout!!!!!! I would suggest chicken and 1 cup oats here

    Good PWO stuff but I would move your 7 o clock meal to 5 and add a meal at 7:30ish

    Your goona wanna eat more as I can only assume you are trying to gain mass

    Also This was just a prelim rundown of how I structure my diets I did NO macro calcs at all just giving an idea!!! best of luck!
