    please help with current cut diet ( never dieted before )

    im 195.. planning on cutting to about 175-185... im fairly lean, but have been bulking for like two years of my life lol so its time to cut. i want a really strict diet for maximum results. i wanna be shredded to the max. never dieted before tho so i dont know if im doing it right.

    morning wake up and do about 30-45 min of medium cardio

    meal 1:breafast 2 packs of oatmeal and protien shake

    meal 2: 2 chicken breasts and potatoes

    meal 3 :2 chicken breasts and potatoes

    WORK OUT

    meal 4: 2 chicken breasts and carrots and brocli

    meal 5: if hungry at night repeat the last meal or ill just eat raw vegis

    good start to eating several meals a day but maybe too many carbs, seems to be a lot of potatoes, i cut down to less than 50 a day and one potatoe with skin is like 25 or something like that i beleive, maybe more?

    meal1- 4 egg whites with 2 whole eggs and 1 cup oatmeal(not instant packs)
    meal2- 4oz lean protein and large swt potato or 1 cup brown rice(cooked)
    meal3- 8oz lean protein and large green salad with romaine lettuce and spinich leafs
    meal4- 8oz lean protein and 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup green veggies
    meal5- 4oz protein and 1 potato
    meal6- 4 egg whites with 2 whole eggs and 2 rice cakes
    try this for 10wks with cardio for 20-30 mins and i guarantee you'll look great.

    Throw in some grilled fish every now and then so you don't start hating chicken breast.

    i usualy only eat a potato at a time.... but other than that im on the right track??... i feel SOO drained in the gym when i do lifting at night...?...?...

    its roughly about 2000 calories a day... 300 protien.... and like 130 carbs....

    why do u change hte protein in each meal? why not strive to maintain equivalent macros with each meal through out the day?
