    bulking and cardio

i have had my bulking diet pretty solid for a little over 2 months now. eating large healthy meals at least 6 times a day. if you would like i could post it up here. anyways, i havent noticed much gains, if any in this time (maybe a pound or two). so my question is should i lower my cardio or is my diet still not cutting it? i do cardio almost everyday of the week, sometimes even on my off days for 45 minutes. am i burning off more than im taking in?

    thanks

as of recently ive only been doing elliptical cardio (45 minutes). was running on the tred mill, but started having pains in my shins. ive always done my cardio and weight training together. i dont go in the morning to run. leave then come back and lift weights. i do it all together. plus running before gets me pumped up. anyways, my workout schedule is as follows:

    sunday: off
    monday: cardio / shoulders
    tuesday: cardio / back
    wednesday: cardio / arms
    thursday: cardio / chest
    friday: cardio / legs
    saturdayff

why take off sat and sun. throw cardio on those days as well. I do cardio and have started a bulking routine. I'll post results. If you read the bulking sticky it recomends cardio

when im bulking i still do cardio am bout 3x a week am at a very LIGHT intensity for bout 35min and sometimes i do a high intensity cardio pwo for bout 10-15min (not like its detrimental, my heart rate is still elevated and its not like im going to go catabolic outta no where just because i switch from lifting to cardio, especially since i account for this extra calorie expenditure w/ my pre workout nutrition.) for endurance purposes.

Sometimes your body needs two days for complete recovery. Learn to listen to your body.

if you are cutting then that makes perfect sense. but wouldnt it be overkill if you are bulking?
