Frustrated
I can't find a diet to stay on and lose weight. It's way to hard to eat every 3 hrs. How do you guys do it. I'm a Fire fighter and dam they cook like kings in my house. Any help advice or just an easy diet would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking of cutting carbs but I need them in my line of work and training. I do alot of fight training.

i initialy lost 15 lbs in 2 mths just through training but now stuck and having a hard time dropping more.

It's not that hard. Look what your eating. That king food migh have a 'saturated fat' souce. Low GI carbs is the way to go, like oats for example.
