    Question It's TERRIBLE...

    Upped my calories and protein consumption to about 3750 and 350 respectfully. Was not a major increase but an increase. Primarily same diet...just more of it.

    I have gas that clears entire floors now. Did not think that kind of increase would cause such issues and require probiotics so soon.

    Anyone else have issues from diet change...how did you battle the issues????

    How about adding some digestive enzymes to your diet.
    You can pick them up at most heathfood/gnc stores. It's worth a try. Or you could try "Beanno."

    i had a problem when i was using pinto beans as a source of carbs, i got rid of them and got rid of the gas as well

    yea man i have that prob too i think it may be because of the amount of broccoli i eat plus the one yolk...

    Think so too...

    Did some reading...I am going to cut the broc and caul***ower back to about 3 cups/day and throw in several servings of yogurt.

    Uh...and light some candles...

    How much dairy are you consuming? Dairy gives me gas pretty bad...it's AWESOME!

    32 ounces of skim milk each morning...possible some in the evening.
