    mixung shakes?

So, I see in a lot of ciets listed as 1 meal something like the following:

8 egg whites, 2 scoops protein/nlarge/whatever, peanut butter, oats

is this all mixed in one container, blended and consumed as is or are they eating the eg whites cooke, the protein in shake form, the pb and oats seprately??

kinda confusing to me how it would work that way. I don't have a blender available and so mixing all that stuff would be a PITA..

and yes, there's a reason I don't use a blender, I rent a room from a 75y/o lady and she's a pain in the ass and I can't make too much noise or take up too much kitchen space so please no one tell me to stop being a cheap bastard and buy a blender.. thanks.

They make those little handheld battery powered mixers. Not loud, and the do a decent job at mixing...just a thought.

really? I think I'd have an easier time choking it all down in one mess than eating PB and oats.. for some reason, that doesn't sound appealing to me... maybe it's better than it sounds, IDK

Oatmeal mixed with a scoop of PB and a scoop of choclate whey protein taste really good! You should try it
