diet critique please.
right i think i have my diet sorted and was wondering if you could give it a look over and let me know if i could do anything to improve it or if its fine ?
first off im looking to bulk up
im 23 5 8" and 140 lbs at around 11% bf
meal 1
1 x scoop whey
1/2 cup of oats
5 egg whites
meal 2
1 x chicken breast
1 x cup of whole mean pasta
meal 3 (pre workout)
peice of fish
1/2 cup brown rice
veggies
pwos
1/2 cup raw oats
60g whey
50/50 dex+maltodex
1 banana
ppwo
1 x can tuna
6 egg whites
1 spoon full fat mayo
veggies
meal 6
lean ground beef
veggies
1/4 cup swiss cheese
1/2 cup whole meal pasta

That looks good as long as your are portions big enough on the unspecified meats.

You need to add amounts of foods, and protein/fat/carb counts for meals.

your PWO you say you have oats and 50/50 dex/malt is that 50g/50g or 50%
Figure out your BMR using the harris bendict formula then calculate how many calories you are eating daily. To bulk most people add 500cal to their BMR and adjust from there
