    T's Bulking Diet - Please Critique

    my bulking diet to begin a.s.a.p, in time for my next cycle.

    what do you think? To my mind it looks a bit liquidy...
    This will be combined with training each bodypart every 7 days, and AAS will be used.

    As said in the thread before, protein is way too high its a waste.

    what should i cut it down to then? should i add more carbs in inplace of a shake or two?

    Gonna get fat fast, figure out your maintainance caloric needs and then eat 500calories above that each day.

    Yeah what he said... I wouldn't go over 1,000 cals over maintenance every day.
