    Post Critique My Diet Please

    For me Diet is by far the hardest part of the lifestyle of bodybuilding (although IMO the most important). I am no expert in this field so I've put together my diet plan for you all to critique and hopefully improve.

    This diet I will be following to tee day in day out in my upcoming leanbulk cycle.

    Stats
    24 years old
    5'8"-5'9"
    195 lbs
    12% BF +-

    Order of macros: cals first then Pro Fat Carb

    I know Meal 5 is Off with mixing carbs and fat plus too much saturated fats but I get it free at work and MMMMMMM......Its god dam tasty...can I keep it?? And if your wondering about the fat in the tuna I eat those clover leaf flavored tuna and they contain sunflower oil.

    in meal 2 and 7 i would eat something with your protein, carbs or veggies.JMO

    and meal 5 is perfect. i think you should always consume veggies with beef.

    that protein/fat or protein/carb does not apply to everyone.IMO

    you look like a ecto, if thats you in your avy. so you really dont have to worry if you are.

    in that last meal i would eat some cottage cheese instead of the egg whites.

    besides that i think it looks good.

    by no means am i an expert either but i can chime in on what i read. With your 7th meal, add some type of carbs or fats, depending on what you are trying to achieve. And at night, the best thing to do is eat something with casein in it...milk...cottage cheese

    My favorite last meal is by far 3 tablespoons of all natty peanut butter with 12 oz. of skim milk. YUMMY!
