DIET (NOT ON STEROIDS) for losing weight and gaining muscle (came off anavar)
Meal 1: Oatmeal (10oz of water)
Meal 2: 1 Can of tuna with low fat mayo (10 oz of water)
Meal 3: Turkey on a whole wheat wrap with mustard (10 oz of water)
Meal 4: Nitro Tech (1.5 scoops) w/ 1 cup of milk) 1 Banana (10 oz of water)
Meal 5: 10oz of grilled chicken or ground beef and 1 full artichoke (10 oz of water)
Snack Meal 6: An apple and usually a few eggs with egg whites scrambled (10 oz of water)
I just came off of Anavar about 2 to 3 weeks ago from a 6-8 week cycle (50mg/day).....

diet needs lot of work..if you wanna gain muscle..you need way more protein..at least 1.5grams/lb of body weight
