    need help to lose some weight

    Im 30 years old and weight 190. i have been back in the gym for about a mouth now and would like to lose about 30 pounds. i do about 15 mins on the tread mill 2 day a week. i go to the gym about 3 times a week. i have been thinking of tring ULTRA 90? any suggestions. my bf is about 25% thats why i want to lose some extra pounds.

    8:00 i eat a bowl of oatmeal

    10:00 i eat a 100 cal. snack

    12:00 i eat a hamburger or subway

    3:00 i eat a small fruit snack

    5:00 prot. shake

    6:00 workout

    7:00 chicken almost 7 nights a week


    any help is great thanks guys

    1st of all you're not eating right, check out the diet forum. you should alsotry and do cardio 5 days/wk either 1st thing in morning on empty stomach or right after training.

    i all depends bro, if youre just looking to lose weight and don't care about losing muscle then go around 30-45 mins intense cardio, if you want to hold on to muscle then 20-30 mins try sprinting for 1min then walking for 2 mins or walk on steep incline.

    master, if you look at the stickys in the diet forum for a "lose weight/cutting diet" there is a good example. tailor it to your needs and wants. also, ricker has given you good advice. i would up the cardio to about 45mins a session. and you want to concentrate that around your heart rate. keeping it around the 133 mark would help you burn fat in a fasted state while holding on to your muscle.

    going to look into that. thanks for the help. i am thinking of getting some t3 and test to stop any muscle lose. what do you think

    no need to add exogeneous substances before you get the hang of the diet and training. diet and persistence can really do some amazing things. hold off on any gear and see ahere you go. personally i never need gear to cut. my diet and training do the trick.

    cool im still tring to find the diet section you are talking about. the one that tell me what kind of foods i need to eat.

    UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...

    I don't know if it gives you samples of the exact foods to eat but it will help tailor your diet according to how much protein, fat, and carbs should be in your meals and at which times of the day.
