    Diet Critique Please

    7am 25g Egg White Powder, ½ Pint Milk

    9am 2 Brown Toast, 2 Weetabix, 1 Banana

    12pm 200g Lean Ground Beef, ½ Cup Broccoli, 1 Cup Pasta

    3pm 200g Lean Ground Beef, ½ Cup Broccoli, 1 Cup Pasta

    Pre w/out 1 Nourishment (High in fat and sugar I know!!), 1 Banana

    PWO 15g Glut, 25g E/W Powder, 25g Whey Powder, ½ Cup Oats, ½
    Pint Milk

    PWWO 200g Lean Ground Beef, ½ Cup Broccoli, 1 Cup Pasta

    10pm 100g Lean Ground Beef


    Total Kcal = 4031.0kcal
    Total Protein = 314.2g
    Total Carbs = 395.9g
    Total Fats = 134.1g


    I was thinking maybe splitting the beef up from Meal 3 and spreading over meal 2, i.e 100g meal 2, 100g meal 3... thoughts?

    i'm from the good ol' USA and i'm guessing 13 stones is around 180 if i remember right. and at that size i think your cals and carbs are a little too high. and i don't know where most of those carbs are coming from because i honestly don't know what half of those foods are. but your meat intake looks good in your meals. but again, i think you are a little too high on the carbs. i would drop those down to about 250g a day.
