You just steam them with no seasonings or anything like that?

Also, is there a factual benefit to fresh over frozen. I mean, logically in my mind i would ASSUME fresh is better than frozen, nutrition wise, but is there factual evidence that states this?

    Again, just wondering.

Yeah I just steam and then spray with no calorie spray butter or I'll use a tiny bit of low sodium soy sauce.

i eat mine raw. and the frozens totally depend on when they were frozen. if they are frozen at their peak of freshness they may actually be better for you! but nothing wrong with raw. also, on the frozen side, look at ingredients, if there are added ingredients, go fresh.

If you want to steam them check out those "Zip N Steam" bags by Ziploc. Work pretty good IMO.

    Couldnt agree more!

Only thing i would add is the more you cook them the more you lose in terms of nutriants.

Think of it like this, crunchy = most nutriants!

Just get a steamer, and steam them.

When they r done steaming, put on a tad bit of butter and some parmesan cheese. or some garlic powder.

its really up 2 you on how you want them to taste
