Diet Help for 135 LBS guy
Hey guys/girls just joined the site. I have been looking for a while.
Well Im 5'8 and 135. I have been working out for about 6months. But nothing serious until 2 months ago. My question is how much calories should i eat?
I tried clicking on couple sticky calories calculators but they wouldnt work.
Another thing is that im of east indian decent so I have to eat rice mostly at dinner since i do live at home. I eat steak but not at home. Eggs, chicken and anything else is fine.
I saw quite a few posts. So my main question is how much calories do i need to gain some good muscle/bulk while eating moms recipie for dinner. Morning-dinner i can eat whatever.

google the harris benedict formula to figure your caloric needs. then put a diet together starting from the "cutting sticky" and adding foods until you arrive at your desired caloric level. then post up your diet so we can run through it with you.

for your weight, you should have roughly 650 calories from protein , 2160 calories from carbs. and 605 calories from fat to bulk up

Thanks guys, im gonna go shopping for some stuff now i guesss. Any brand suggestions for Oat meal/ Cottage cheese and protien powder?
Oh btw i hate peanut butter, anything else i can eat besides that with same effect?

flax oil is popular. but you could just eat lean ground beef, or steak they are fatty.
