Revised diet for cycle
currently on cycle, gains going well until AI was added, then kinda flatlined... Thought id post my diet to see if it could use some improving
I eat constantly throughout the day, sometimes 1/2 meal on the spot then the other 1/2 30 mins or so after.
8-11 am: 2 cups high protein kashi cereal with milk, fruit, massxxx shake, 2-3 slices toast, 3-4 eggs, ham/bacon/sausage (i know its fatty but i don't mind adding a bit), glass of grapefruit juice
12-3pm: 2 PB sandwiches, protein shake, turkey sandwich, romaine salad (i make my own dressing w/ olive oil and balsamic vinegar), usually some fast food
4-9pm: 1 glass V-8, meat dish (fish/chicken/steak), potatoes, veggies, bread of some sort, protein shake before bed
snacks: protein bars, and high protein granola
supps: flax seed oil, nitrix, multis
I prepare the majority of my food, even the bread is EarthGrain brand - 6gs protein per slice. I cook with extra virgin olive oil, and other than a few fast food stops a week, my diet is clean

estrogen is critical for muscle growth. read Merc's thread on it, i'm not sure where it is right now, but if i find it i'll post it. it may be the AI. do you absolutely need it?

ok ill total everything up for the next day and get back (kinda hard to remember EVERY little snack i have and the amounts. I tend to prepare rather large servings)
