    4S Min Cardio/ iron pump 20 Min??

    If I was going to do Cardio and do it at the gym on a empty, Would it be fine to eat A Protein Bar(BSN or something), Just cause I don't think I would be able to pump iron after running on the tread for 45 on empty stomach,

    Now I only plan on pumping iron 3-4 times a week and I plan on doing Cardio 7 days a week

    But then I have always heard it was better to workout frist...???

    it's better to work out first.. you can't lift weights on a protein bar either way

    Ya I heard that, but for this hole not eating and doing cardio. how would this work, Like I can do it but I would have to use my indoor bike.

    The only problem I don't know what to set my bike at to lose fat

    if a treadmill isn't ausable then just go outside to your local track and run

    it's about heart rate. calculate about 60-65% of your max heart rate and keep it steady at that level, doing whatever you want to do. if you are planning to do your cardio on empty. then don't eat anything for at least 2-3 hours before.

    Do cardio morning and weights in the evening.
