4S Min Cardio/ iron pump 20 Min??
If I was going to do Cardio and do it at the gym on a empty, Would it be fine to eat A Protein Bar(BSN or something), Just cause I don't think I would be able to pump iron after running on the tread for 45 on empty stomach,
Now I only plan on pumping iron 3-4 times a week and I plan on doing Cardio 7 days a week
But then I have always heard it was better to workout frist...???

it's better to work out first.. you can't lift weights on a protein bar either way

Ya I heard that, but for this hole not eating and doing cardio. how would this work, Like I can do it but I would have to use my indoor bike.
The only problem I don't know what to set my bike at to lose fat

if a treadmill isn't ausable then just go outside to your local track and run

Do cardio morning and weights in the evening.
