I have a Jello-Pudding sugar free box of vanilla, it is supposed to have 25 calories per 4 servings, that's 100 calories a box, it is real good. I think i will make a sort of whey protein vanilla pudding, with 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, equal or splenda, i will blend it for 2 minutes in the blender and store it in freezer till it's compact to be eaten like a pudding. You can put it into an ice cream maker too, to make ice cream with it

So.. you have the sweetened kind?

If so.. .then NO that isn't good for cutting.

Yeah indeed, all regular foods with sugar are an enemy of weight training, sugar increases insulin levels, which is no good, because when ever insulin levels are high the body starts to store fat as an adverse, second effect of elevated insulin
