--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello people: I like this site, coz i can identify with you all,
Ok here is the thing, i have a confession to make. The thing is that my little dog died today, because a car accident, was hit by car. And i got so depressed today that i had to eat half a frozen Digorno pizza, and ice cream. I think that the half pizza had 1000 calories and the ice cream i ate was like 600. and some cookies.
I think i ate an extra 2000 calories today. which means exercising twice a day for about 2 weeks in order for me to kill these feelings of depression i have now i feel like a total loser, like SHIT.
I hope i can get mental support from you guys
take care all

Maybe you need to find another site where your needs can be addressed properly.
A mental health forum perhaps...?

I feel really sorry for your dog, but I can't help you on your depression.

Bro, That kind of depression for a period of time is not normal. Maybe go see your Doc if your mood doesn't rebound soon!
Good Luck, MJ

Depression can cause eating, its called emotional eating. I don;t think it will be a long-term thing for you, but if you find yourself eating to make you feel better, make an appointment to see your doctor or mental health councellor. As far as it hurting your progress, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Cheat meals are good from time to time. Even the big time pro bodybuilders have something good to eat from time to time.
