    My cutting diet

This is my cutting diet, i'll start next wk, im now on 3800kcal. I'm really confused about this:
    - Should I take carbs with every meal? My work isnt heavy, the only activity is walking and driving a car, maybe sometimes take the stairs orso.
    - Should I take complex carbs after my dextrose (PWO shake)

If someone could make this a bit clear for me, i'm very tankfull.

    My stats:
    5ft61
    214lbs
    12%

    (p/c/f)

    Meal 1:
    - Whey protein 50gr (40/0/0)
    - Brinta 75gr (something like oatmeal) (8/50/0)
    - Egg white 8times (32/0/0)
    - Flax seed oil (0/0/10)

    Meal 2:
    - Lean steak 250gr (42/2/5)
    - Flax seed oil (0/0/10)

    Meal 3:
    - Chicken breast 250gr (cooked) (50/0/0)
    - Walnuts 15gr (0/0/10)

    Meal 4:
    - Fish 300gr (I don;t know how its called, dutch=koolvis) (54/0/0)
    - Flaxseedoil (0/0/10)
    - Walnuts 15gr (0/0/10)

    Meal 5 PreWO:
    - Brinta 75gr (8/50/0)
    - Egg whites 6times (24/0/0)
    - Whole egg 2times (14/0/12)

    Meal 6 PWO:
    - Whey Protein 50gr (40/0/0)
    - Dextrose 80gr (0/80/0)

    Meal 7:
    - Fish 300gr (54/0/0)

    Meal 8:
    - Something like cottage cheese (magere kwark) (44/22/0)
    - Flaxseed oil (0/0/10)

    Totals:
    404/204/77

    Total kcal: 3125

They might be loaded with fat. It could fit in the macros not overdoing them.

i always thought u had to get fat from a variety of sources (avocado, almonds, olive oil, etc.. etc..)

so as long as it fits your macros, u can get it from just "1" source?

so if i eat 64g of fat a day, i can consume those 64g of fat in lets say..... mayonaisse?

Well vareity in sources is a good thing, but this is easy for me, I take only good fats in olive oil (for the steak), walnuts an flaxseed.
The mayonaisse is a terrible source for fats.

    how is it terrible?

the Mayo Light with ***** 3's per tblsp is

    Total Fat 4.5g

    Sat. 1g
    Poly 1g
    Mono 2.5

its only 1g Sat., imo thats pretty good!

ive read around the forums and ive seen ppl incorporate even the FULL FAT Mayo into there diets.... but of course it all comes down how your body is, everyone is different
