I have a few questions, but I will keep them separate in other posts.

I take a daily mult-vit, vit C and some fish oil in the morning. I workout about 2-hrs after and lately felt a little sick to my stomach. I know there are other things that can cause this, but I stop taking my vitamins until after my workout around noon and feel much better.

Thoughts on when to take vitamins? Does it make any sense to just take it at bed time??
