    raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries are my favorite. if i eat them i eat them when i wake up and pre-workout. shouldn't really matter when you eat them as long as you count them into your daily totals.

    ^ I do that, too. I usually do it with unflavored whey but I tired it with Vanilla whey and almost creamed my pants it was so good. What?

    also, i think it may be worth mentioning that there are a lot of positives to fruit consumption. if you aren't planning on stepping on stage or running a strict cutting diet I think it is a very good idea to add fruits to a diet.

    Well im on a cutting diet, but not one thats real real strict. Taking it one step at a time, got back in the gym, then got rid of the fat in the diet, and the bad carbs, and the late ones, got good suplementation going too. Love those berries and fruit with fat/sugar free yogourt.
