    Every once in a while, I would cheat but I felt it didn't really do much in terms of helping my progress.

    I will usually have a carb load day of something like a shit load of sushi or extra oats/sweet potatos etc.

    If I have a cheat meal once ever month or two, that works for me. My g/f and her mom are rediculous cooks

    My metabolism sucks, I know other people could get away with more.

    Why do I keep coming to this thread and torturing myslef, lol.....I recommend the loaded steakhouse to anyone who has a cheat coming up...freakin amazing.
