    Smile Need some info on a good diet!!

    Hey everyone..

    Im 6.1 325 pounds give or take a bit..Im just looking for anyone who has a good diet to get the weight down quick without starving myself..I know how to diet but im not sure where to start, what to cut out, what to stay away from..If anyone has anything that could help me out please feel free to post..
