    Test E 600mg/week Diet?

    Usually my Diet consist of this

    Morning: Eggs whites, around 4-5 and a protein shake, and some meat.

    Around 10am protein shake 32g protein

    noonish: Varies around 40g of protein

    2pm: varies around 32g of protein

    Low carbs

    After work out i have protein shake of 32g of protein

    and then snack on fruit and such after that

    what are your current stats?

    are you trying to bulk or cut?

    what are your current macros?

    I can tell right now you need to increase meals and add more protien.

    How much do you know about basic diet? Why are you only including your protein numbers to us? What about Carb and Fats? What about total calories?? In the end your total caloric intake determines whether you'll gain weight or not.

    We need more details.

    Horrible diet. No carbs or fat ever? And you diet "varies" while on cycle? I hope this is a joke to get a rise out of people...
