Ok to mix olive oil with protein?

I am working on my diet for when school starts. I have classes from 7:30-11:45 straight. I get a 2 minute break at 8:35 and 9:50. At 9:50 I was going to down a quick shake before my lunch break at 11:45. My shake would have a little over 500 calories since I will be cutting at 3500 calories. I would use 48 grams of isolate, 54g carbs from ground oats, and 8g fat from oilve oil all mixed in a shaker. I mixed one up today and it wasn't bad. Drinking it down in 30 seconds is the hard part. Any other sugestions?

Can you buy flaxseed oil at the store in a liquid form? I know you can buy the gels caps, but I don't think I can eat 11 of them to get the 11 g of fat I need.

olive oil actually doesn't bother me taste wise. I highly doubt ground oats and isolate powder will be coming to any resurant near you.

I use olive oil mixed in if I'm out of flax. I also use UDO's oil too.

olive oil is ***** 9 rich which you get plenty of and is made by the body from the food we eat. why not use an ***** 3 or 6 in its place to balance out the ratio better?
