Go to Barnes and Noble and skim their cooking section for healthy cookbooks. They have ones that give ALOT of tips for alternative ingredients that are rather appealing and healthy. And once you've cooked enough with those alternatives you can start mixing and matching and creating your own dishes.
Also, if you want to keep it simple (due to time constraints that we all have at one point) I like Mrs Dash, salsa, mango salsa, lemon glazes, mushroom sauces.

Being from Louisiana, I have to recommend Tony's... , well I can't spell the last name (something with a Ch I think), but it is pretty much a cajun seasoning made w/ red pepper, garlic, salt, and some other great stuff. It is kind of high in sodium, but also packs a lot of flavor so just a little will make a big difference.

I was a little unsure weather I could add sauce to my chicken. Thought it may have been bad when trying to eat clean.

Well, I am by no means any kind of expert, but I like to have a lot of variety. I wouldn't imagine that 1-2 tablespoon of sauce every now and then would really make much of a difference. That being said, you might want to ask someone more experienced.

I use nothing
When I am ready to eat it i Use black pepper (fat burner)
Maybe some lemon juice, but nothing else or maybe the new salad dressing that you squirt like 1 or 2 calories per squirt.

I acctually used to eat the tuna in a pouch with mustard as a sub to mayo. It was about 1/4 of a step up from choking down the tuna by itself.
Either way, you have to be carefull about burning yourself out on one food. I can't eat tuna anymore because I ate it too often for too long. Make sure that you try a variety if you are going to be eating chicken all the time.

Ya, as mentioned above, lemon juice bro. I got off on that for a good stretch. And sauces aren't necessarily bad, but I definitely wouldn't go use them while cutting. They're also harder to keep track of calories, but very possible if your diligent.

HAHA yea it is.
I like to marinate the chicken breast in a low Sodium Teriyaki sauce. I cant remember the one i use but its in a white labelled bottle with seseme seeds in it and the Name brand rhymes with Teriyaki. Somethin like Veri Teri Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade or some weird shit like that.

Heyyy thank ya sir! Ummmm all done cutting. Used Nark's method of cutting to get from 15 to 10, used Pinnacle's carb cycling to go from 10 to 7. Cardio, 6-8 times a week, always low-moderate intensity (60-65% MHR) 5 days a week its in the AM on empty stomach for 40-50 mintues, at least once a week I do PWO for 30 minutes, towards the end I started hitting it twice a day and doing PWO 3 times a week, no cardio on leg day. Ummm thats about it....basically had no life for the past 12 weeks, quit drinking, busted arse. Getting closer to where I want to be. Thanks again for compliment

This is pretty much what I been doing.
I have my HR monitor from Polar
I do currently 90 mins 7 days a week on empty stomach with BCAA + other goods on incline 15 at speed 4.2 -5.1 keeping Hr between 120-150.
Works great also worked great for contest prep.
Also as you drop the weight need to up the cardio and down the carb cycling days to replenish glycogen stores
So this method does work Been doing it for last few months to cut up
