    Tha lean year plan

Ok Here I go, well on aug 22, 2009, I will be getting the married.

So on aug 22, 2008, I plan on starting my lean diet, by this time My PCT will be pretty much over with.

    I am 5'9 190LB, 14-15% bf

I plan on losing 2-3% bf, and maintain my Poundage and mass.

Here is how I plan on going about eating.

Meal 1 - Lean protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Workout- weight 4 days a week and cardio 5-6days a week ( weights 45min - cardio 40-45min)

    Meal 2 - PWO Nutrition

    Meal 3 - Veggies/Lean Protein

    Meal 4 - Protein Shake/ Lean Protein

    Work Snack/Lunch

    1st Break - Oatmeal 1cup
2nd Break - Shake, Protein Bar
    3rd Lunch - Lean Protein/Veggies

Last break Chill and drink good old water

    Before bed - casin

Now I am not sure what my intake is going to be around but I am guess.

2200cals a day and low carbs and fat, and protein will be around 1.5 - 2g per pound.

Let me know how you feel about this plan!

If you had macros for each meal it would be a little easier as I don't know what your lean protein sources are nor do I know what your PWO nutrition is or what's in your protein shakes.

You have zero fat in your diet.

From what I can see I would add a fat to meal 3, drop the protein shake in meal 4 and add a fat to your lean protein source, add a protein to your 1st break, pro/fat meal 2nd and 3rd break. Where are you getting your cassien? Shake? I would just eat cottage cheese instead. Whole foods are better than anything.

that is all I wanted to hear, thanks!

I have a idea of what I need to be intaking in the cal and fats and carbs/pro's.

I was taking casien , for the reason that it has good Amio acid.

    Anyways thanks!
