i hate tuna but love this
onions and peppers cut up and put in skillit for about 3 min before you add one can tuna water drained, let cook for about 3 min then add two egg whites and season and cook for another minute, done, add little a1 and it tast like the philly cheese steak meat to me. thats if you add a little cheese before you take it out the skillit but im cuttin so no cheese for me. try it man its nothing like tuna

or for breakfast, one can tuna half cup oats two egg whites and seasoning, pat it out and broil it in the oven, kinda like a meat loaf type deal. doesnt tast very good but it doest tast like tuna and thats the main goal right??

Nope, bread is garbage, maybe once a week if you want, wont kill ya....Plenty you can substitute for tuna, any lean protein will do: egg whites, chicken breasts, any fish, turkey breasts (NOT LUNCH MEAT), soy, plenty of options.

I eat it 5 times a day, dont need diversity when it comes to lean protein. When bulking at leasat one of your meals should be red meat tho.

I just tried this tonight and it was delicious man! Except I formed the patties with my hands and now I think I'm gonna smell like I fingered a flounder for about a month...
