Can you bulk up and keep the abs?
Just like what the title said can this be done?

Keep the abs ,as in see the 6 pack during a bulk? I would say no. I think it would depend a lot on the person. Im sure there is someone some where that no mater how much he eats keeps a decent 6 pack during a bulk. Do they disappear becuase of a bulk? Only in the sense that their is a layer of fat covering them now.

just clean diet right now bro.
Meal 1: 1 Cup Oatmeal//40mg Protein//1 Banana
Meal 2: 300g Chicken Breast//1 Cup Rice//1 Cup Broccoli
Meal 3: 220g Tuna Fish//1 Cup Rice//1 Cup Broccoli
Meal 4: 300gm Chicken Breast//300gm Sweet Potatoe//1 Cup Brocolli
Train
Meal 5: 300gm Fish//1 Cup Broccoli
Then i just interchange the chicken and fish so I wont get bored

personally i like manipulating my diet and i switch from cutting to bulking to cutting again throughout the day

yeppers, calculate your BMR and eat 500-1000 over it, if it seems like you're gaining fat too quickly then cut back on the food a little or add in a little cardio

abs are usually a sign of malnutrition. meaning a caloric deficit. but when you eat over your maintenance amount of cals, as in a bulking phase, you would potentially lose those signs of malnutrition. however, when starting from a leaner state, it is possible to keep some definition in your abs through a bulk. all depends on how well planned out your diet is and how far over your maintenance you are willing to go.

Yes you can, just up the good shit keep it clean I do it. If your a serious body builder you have to get a little sloppy well most do atleast there are exceptions to everything but me personally I stay super lean and here and there for a few months I clean bulk to try to improve my physique, I just up all my good foods stay ontop of macro timing aka carbs around bed and stuff I sitll keep them earlier and before activity not when I'm seditary....and I still do cardio I just drop it a little bit but I do continue.

yes is possible to keep your abs, will they be as clear???probably not. Personally if I cant see my abs then I feel its to much fat. Just depends on what you goals are.

I am in the middle of a very clean b ulk and have added 7 lbs in just under 1.5 months while only going up to around 7% bf, abs and obliques are stilll visible and I still have a few veins running down my side and in my abs, striated after workouts as well. I eat 100% clean though example for me
meal 1:
15 egg whites/1 cup oats/fish oil caps/multivitamin/acai berries 49pro 85carbs 3gm fat
meal 2: 1/2 chicken breast with 1/2 avacadoe and a little vegan salsa (fat/sugar free no additives)40gm pro 11 gm fat
meal 3: 1/2 chicken brst with 4 oz whole wheat pasta 35pro 90gmcarb
WORKOUT
meal 4: 15 egg whites/aminos/1/2 cup oats 50pro 40carb
meal 5: can tuna plain with flax oil and 3 cups steamed broccoli 60pro 10carb 7fiber!!
meal 6: 1/2 chick brst with almonds and broccoli 40pro 15 fat 5 carb
meal 7: grilled salmon filet with as much steamed broccoli as I can fit in my face50
meal 8: 10 egg whites/2 tbsp natty pb 35 pro 15fat
I try and consume around 300gm of lean animal rpotein and egg protein keeping fibre from vegis and whole grains around 40gm per day (I think it is very important for lean bulking) all fats are healthy fats and carbs are pretty low throughout for a bulk but it works for me with heavy training and sleep

What cardio are you doing BITAPART2 and how often?

currently I am training a fighter for an MMA fight (im helping him w/ boxing) but I try t keep cardio low b/c I am a genetic ectomorph and have a pretty high metabolism, also notice the meals and sizes, these are eaten 1.5 hrs apart at most so my metabolism is always working, and with the fiber I am able to stay lean

ahh tren , i can eat twinkies all day and rip up on tren, problems arise when a crazed meathead is running around beating people up who talk to my wife with a twinkie in my hand. Tren is yin and yang for me. Great for my physique and horrible for my relationship. the physique can get me a new relationship if i need one though
