You may lose a small amount of vitamins and minerals while cooking, but if stored properly, nutrients will not be lost while storing in the fridge.

I cook all my meals the night before mate. Stick them in seperate containers and then in the fridge the next day. Means you dont have to do anything but get them out of the fridge when its time to eat.

Sure can bro. I purchased a small OSTER Steamer from Target, I chop up my potatoes into small chunks and steam them. Along with any other veg you want. Then put them into seperate containers with your meats and fridge them. Or whatever your diet allows.

I cook chicken twice a week for 3-4 days at a time. Makes life easier. I microwave my sweet potatoes. Not sure if that destroys any nutritional values but I'm pretty sure it won't make a carb disappear and that's why I eat them!

My mom usually cooks enough for two or three days and boils enough eggs for two days so I can just get it and put it on my lil plastic containers in the morning before work.

    I wouldn't now.

But I have before. I didn't see any benefits, but there are those who swear by it.
