    Energy Drinks?!?!?

    so i was feeling a little pooped today and need a pick me up, so i picked up 2 cans of spike energy drink. Question is how, bad if at all will this affect my diet?

    is this just a one time thing or do you want to know because you want to start drinking more?

    if it was a one time thing it wont do anything!

    Problem with most of those drinks is they contain a lot of high fructose corn syrup. read this link:

    I have dranken them on more than one occasion. But i don't drink them everyday. The particular one i drink has zero carbs, zero calories, zero sugars

    Oh ya i know all about HFCS and all the demonic things it does to the body. Manufactured sweeter produced by companies because its cheaper, but some say it could be the root cause of the U.S. obese epidemic
