allright so im back now pinnacle i am currently at 242 but only 13 percent fat and alot better looking and feeling, i started to rip up reel good but fell off the wagon due to some personal issues but im starting it again ntomorrow at 242 lbs but leaner, it worked great but like an idiot i lowered the fats thinking the less the better and got stuck at 240 what should i do to break through the wall and in the am cardio should i have oatmeal or a waxy carb in my post shake? any advice would be great thanks

oh and by the way your pic looks sick great job, i just wanna be done allready i have my first cycle in havd and planned out but wanna do it right so thanks alot i appreciate the help
