    Cool What cha think?

    Stats 5’11, 22 yo, 192lbs about 9-10% bf

    My current diet I just adjusted for some good lean gains. Here’s what I got same thing every day & measurements are not accurate but estimates

    10am
    80g Oats
    50g Mix Whey Protein

    12pm
    1 cup Whole Grain Rice
    1-1 ½ Chicken Breast

    2pm
    50g Mix Whey Protein
    50g Waximaze

    2:15 Gym

    4pm-ish - Post workout
    50g Isolate
    50g Waximaze

    Or I workout from 7-9pm so adj the pre and post workout for that time

    430pm-ish
    1 cup Whole Grain Rice
    1-1 ½ Chicken Breast or 2 T-Bone Steak est 600g

    7pm
    30g Mix Whey Protein
    Fruit Banana & Apple

    9pm
    1-1 ½ Mixed Veggies (Corn, Green Pees, Cauliflower, etc)
    1-1 ½ Chicken Breast

    1130pm
    8 whites 2 yokes scrambled eggs

    1200pm
    Bed

    Or if I stay up later I will have a Casein Protein shake before bed.

    Note is nothing is measured except shakes, all food is pre-made and packaged so I can eat quickly. So far I have been on this diet for about 2 months steady (before was only minor variations) but my strength is climbing fast and I have yet to weigh myself so we will see.

    I also heard that brown rice is not that good for a carb in the diet. Is this true? If so what is the particular reason or any article to back this up?

    bump this thread --- also since my last weigh in about a month ago i was 191 now 194 BF wise not sure but no noticable change. Strength is still going up

    That doesnt seem like enough calories, and your first meal is late, what time you wake up? Do you have a job? what is you goal here? stats? if you are trying to bulk you need to really overhaul this diet, there is a good one posted in the diet stickys. edit: oops , i see your goin for good lean gains, are you doing a cycle?

    diet looks pretty clean......I would add a little more fat...Its still an essential part of a diet even a lean diet.

    I am a unversity student in australia so no job, no cycle, on a 11-12pm - 2-3am sleeping schedual. Im not trying to bulk im just hoping for some lean gains. I supplement my fats tsp 2x a day along with multi's & other viatmines. Its hard since i moved down here to get all the sup's im used to. Worked at a sup store for a few years had everything right in my hands. But for fats how does T-Bone steak help? usually i do 600g of that post workout meal alot of the days
