IMO dairy products are best for protein. I eat 36 whole eggs per week, 3 gallons of milk, and all kinds of cottage cheese w/pineapple. I don't know what i'd do without it.

Allow me to retort. Chicken and steak are a major source as well.

A gallon of milk?
Thats a lot of unnecessary sugar.
Maybe casein protein powder would be better? Or a mix *(egg casein whey)
What do you guys think?

Unless you're hard up for cash, can't find supps or food, or a die hard hardgianer I would limit milk to maybe a glass or two a day....best sources for protein...
MEAT!!!!
beef
fish
chicken
poultry
wild game
eggs
casien
soy
whey
so many to choose from that list alone that is better with less rebounds than milk....

I've got it sorted at the moment. Been doing some gardening and clearense work for one of my mothers mates and she's got a load of chickens that lay their eggs everywhere. I found 25 last sat in one big plant pot lol she gave me 15 eggs last week, but I get free eggs from her most weeks which saves me some money. I've just upped my eggs to 12 a day, 8 of them with yolks. I just hope the saturday work doesnt run out any time soon lol

The egg yoke has a lot of things in it.
Yesterday i went to see my doctor and he told me that eggs are good cholesterol and that all the bad things they say about egg yoke is bull.
The guy is near 60 years old and has been a weight lifter for nearly 40 years.

Eggs are good, I was always told before I started training that too many eggs where bad for you but have since learned the total opposite. Their quick and simple to do and you havent got to wait long for them to cook like most foods either that or have them raw.
