    need something to increase appetite

    I need something to increase appetite for upcoming bulker.I know some guys use b12,does it really work well and if so what's a good dosage.

    Equipoise is good but make sure you run it at 400 mgs a week for appetite stimulation. Also keep in mind that it takes several weeks before EQ really kicks in. I also find that adding Test to any cycle is not only good for appetite but also necessary for making the best gains. Good luck.

    True but I'm not really a big fan of eq and I wouldn't want to spend the money on that just for the increased appetite

    eat 'til you gag and your eyes water, then wait 10minutes and drink a lil water, then take 3 more big bites. Then wait...then take 3 more bites...and continue, then if you still wanna puke, switch foods

    bene whats wrong with eq? it helps you eat and also adds a little to the gains, which b12 wouldn't do

    i find 1mg of b12 injected eod in the mourning helps my appitite
    you might not notice it when your on it, but when you stop you defenitly do

    yep your doc can presribe something to increase appatite. Some of these med's come with heavy sides though. Being tired as shit all the time is a big downside. you can eat yourself sick as well.

    Ok, why not Equipoise 400mg/ week in your cycle. Frontload for the 1st few weeks. I bet ur apetite will go sky-high. make sure u have a solid diet planned out.

    I find empty stomach cardio in the morning increases my appetite throughout the day.
