Need Help. Whats wrong with my diet?
Need some help. In the one forum I was told my diet is sub par. What am I missing? I'm 27 started out at 193ish and now I'm at 198. Bf % is 12-15. I lift 5 days a week. I'm trying to get the lean/hard look but obviously put on some muscle. I'm currently on my 4th week of my cycle.

I don't think you have enough calories IMO

you need to eat more im 28,195 14%bf and work out 5 days a week my maint is 3000 a day
