Happy thanksgiving!
Happy thanksgiving everyone.
How are you going to eat?
Going to splurge? Going to cheat?
Or will you remain on your diet?
I for one am still not sure if I should make this a carb load day / refeed (i cycle carbs ( high low no high )
Any opinions?

im going to eat everything put in front of me. i dont eat crap like cake and pies because i just dont like sweets but as for the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, creamed corn and homade bread im eating it all. we play football every thanksgiving morning and beat the living shit out of eachother so when dinner time comes around we are all ready to eat and unless someone has a contest within a month i see no reason not to

I will decide when I sit down at the table. I know something will be too tempting to pass up.

Personally I have decided as of now that Im gonna eat it all too.
Ez on the sweets though.
However, Ive been training a lot (Week9 of my cutter, all natural)
so I will be getting just 1C oats, and all my requirements in protein from whey or egg whites.
If i were to have my normal day, PLUS thanksgiving thats too many cals.
So I will make sure my protein is good for the day, and instead of making it a carb reffeed it'd be a kind of cyclical caloric day.
What do you think ?

I say do what you gotta do... I'm steering clear of the pies and beer, but all I can say is they better cook a second turkey just for me or there going to be fighting me for meat.... And they'll lose! lol

Im 40 yrs old..the years of eating chicken breast and sweet potato while family eat traditional meal are over. Ive been on a cutting diet for the last moth with 100% diligence .... I can afford the cheat day ...so Id have to say its on. Do have to admit though once you get into this lifestyle ...cant help but go easy on the total garbage....cheating now compared to what i would have thought was cheating on a diet 20 years ago very different. Now mashed potatoes with butter seems like a banana split !!
