Help with Diet(Beginner lookin for advice)

Looking for a Diet to gain muscle mass and to stay ripped.
Im currently taking Bsn syntha 6 as my protein and when i do diet i stick to high protein tuna,chicken,scrambled eggs etc not much carbs or fat just wondering if any1 can help me out with a proper plan with times when and what to eat etc including supplements my supplements are:
Bsn syntha 6
Muscle asylum project:Arson
Met ** Creatine capsules
Bsn NO Xplode
Gaspari Novedex Xt

What is your work schedule like and at what times do you do cardio and lift weights?

Between 9 and 11 hour shifts,i hit the weights for about 60-mins high intensity to burn fat with 30secs between sets to burn fat, hardly ever do cardio.
