Please explain: what do the stars mean in " *****-3 EGGS "
I'm reading the keto diet thread and in it they have a sample meal as follows:
8:45am
4 whole eggs (***** 3 one's)
3 egg whites
Calories 350
Fat 16
Carbs 0
Protein 35
What the hell does the bolded part mean? What is the word that is starred out (i.e. in asterisks)? I see it everywhere on the forum.Last edited by BuffedGuy; 12-20-2008 at 04:14 AM.
