Weighing and Measuring Foods
Group,
I buy chicken breasts in bulk form. Normally, I would cook the entire bag and eat one breast at each setting.
Does anyone weigh meats, poultry, and fish? What about brown rice servings and green veggis?
Thanks

what's a proper weight for chicken breasts? The ones I buy in bulk are huge, thus asking for info.
Thanks Jim
