If I were you I would have steak on Sundays, then Fish on Mondays.
Nobody knows what you're asking. Is it a good meal? I don't know because I don't know what else you're eating the other meals of the day nor do I know the size of the fillets. None of us know your goals and stats either.

the rest of my meals throughout the day are good. I was just looking for feedback on my dinners only. this is where I am more flexible ( dinner ) with work and all that. Everyday I "brown bag it" to make sure all is well.

maybe im looking into things too much. I thought somebody was going to say that orange roughy is a bad choice for fish. I never really asked if there was a fish to "stay away from". btw. Im on a cutting cycle using h-drol for 4 weeks. Monday starts week 2.

did you chew 21 times per bite? If not throw it up and try again. Orange roughy is tough on the sphinxter if you don;t. It could effect your cortisol levels, and thereby hinder your cycle. Make sense?
