That's a tough question because we don't know what is considered 'balanced' in your diet...

Food choice tho? Could be worse.
Check your bread. Is the first ingredient Whole grain (or whole wheat) flour? Or is it "Enriched" something or other? If it's enriched throw the sh*t away. Enriched basically means they take out all the good stuff and add a bunch of garbage to give it a longer shelf life and make it mix, form and bake easier.

Best bread that I've had nutrition-wise is Ezekiel bread. I'm sure you've heard it mentioned a lot on here...

Do you use mayo or any other condiment?

And was this your very last meal of the night?

LOL I know it was a simple question but you asked....

Could be a balanced meal...depends on what you're balancing it on! HIOH!

Can't answer your question without knowing what else you're eating throughout the day, your stats, all your meals macros and your goals.

I would nix the bread and add oats, brown rice, yams. I would suggest however that you build a diet from a daily standpoint. it is difficult to tell. are you carb sensitive, when did you workout, what was your previous meal? what aare you trying to achieve? this is all important info.
