AJ's Bulk Diet Take a LookSie

Ok so after asking tons of the same questions over and over i think i have got a grasp on most of the things i need a grip on.
1.I need to Gain LBM not CUT!
2.Make a Diet Stick to it, See how it works
    3.Dont Over Analyze Things
4.Do as much work as possible in the least amount of time(HIT)

Ok my LBM is 155 pounds my goal is to naturally get to 175, but short term 165.
Im Training with HIT 4 days a week 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off.
Im also Training Boxing/Muay Thai Mon and Wednes and Training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu tues thurs and maybe Friday.

Im all Natty and plan on being so until 25-26 im 21 right now

At base im thinking 200 grams of Protein 375 Carbs and 80 Fat
thats about 3000kcal I was told by RR i most likely will need more Cals so im considering bumping Carbs to 400 and fat to about 100.

    Heres my Meals

    Meal 1 Pre-WO
Carbs-100 Grams (Ezekiel Bread French Toast Using Egg whites, Or Oatmeal 75 from that then 25 Grams From Honey)-Should i Drop the Honey and use splenda??

Pro-25 grams from the egg whites and 15 more comming from the Bread or Oats,or (is Whey shake ok?)
    Fat-in the grains

    Meal 2 PWO
Carbs-75 Grams Sweet Potato or Fruits Banana's Oranges Berries maybe Ezekiel Bread maybe Oats, or Quinoa?
Pro-25 grams Chicken Breast or Egg Whites and a whole egg or 2?
Fat-10 grams from Fish Oil and Flax Seeds

    Meal 3
Carbs 50 grams from one of my carb sources
    pro-25 grams
    fat-10

    meal 4 Same

Meal 5- Pre-Martial Art Training, Same.....Should i have more Carbs or fat?

meal 6 Post-MA training same question.

    meal 7 before bed.
    Carbs-25 plus Veggies
    Pro-25 Beef or Steak
    fat-10 grams

Conclusion. Im getting 175 grams Pro from Pro sources and the other 25 coming from the amounts in Carb sources...is this ok?

is the Whey shake ok with meal 1 which is PRE-WO as oppose to the egg whites?

Can i take in 100grams of Carbs at a time?

Any other thoughts???? or thing you would like to ADD?

Thinking 100 grams at once on the carbs is waaaay too much 50-60 in the morning should be more than enough. Apples, oats, ezekiel bread all good choices in the morning IMO
Pro-25 grams from the egg whites and 15 more comming from the Bread or Oats,or (is Whey shake ok?)
    Fat-in the grains
Don't count protein from incomplete sources like bread and such. If you going to workout right after meal one I'd suggest some kind of red meat w/ egg whites pre workout to keep the levels flowing. Just my .02cents

Egg whites are good PWO I be doing it lately just to switch things around also if you got whey why not use it here right when your done with training. Sweet potato and banana is a good choice PWO. I do oats and bananas

    Meal 3
Carbs 50 grams from one of my carb sources
    pro-25 grams
    fat-10

Like previously stated don't count incomplete sources. Get in 200grams at you weight from whole sources like egg whites/steak/chicken etc etc
is the Whey shake ok with meal 1 which is PRE-WO as oppose to the egg whites?

Can i take in 100grams of Carbs at a time?

All your sources look excellent. I suggest adding in red meat twice a day in your bulking diet. Supplement some fish oils at around 10grams a day in order to help you grow. EFA's are SOOOO essential in order to grow.

Now I hope my advice is ok when Nova and Nark come through.... They are the professionals Please don't burn me.....

I think at this point listening to your body and making adjustments is the way to go.

    I think you are ready.
