    Looking for diet critique!

Im a 6'5" 315lb ex football player build. Looking to drop to about 250lbs roughly. Im going to be updating my diet today to see if any of you guys can critique it. I have a rough BMR of about 2400 calories a day give or take a few hundred.

Breakfast-2eggs, 2 eggwhites, 100 calorie whole grain toast w/ very little light butter, half cup of OJ.

    6 1/2 mile bike ride.

    Protein shake

100 calorie whole wheat bread sandwich (out of turkey so i have to do ham) piece of fruit, diet snapple.

    Some sort of snack.

    Lift session-gym

A piece of meat with veggies/another sandwich if i dont feel like cooking/something along the lines of a healthy dinner.

    Snack/ and or protein shake.

    Thats about it.

Ill update through out the day because its my day off

ALL LINKS, ID WATCH THEM IN ORDER MAKE SURE TO WATCH ALL THE VIDS IN THE 1ST!
So you wanna learn how to Diet? ** WATCH ALL DVD VIDEOS FIRST!
Another way to calculate BMR BMR CALCULATIONS
those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

also your not accounting BMR + activity refer to the BMR link

Ok, so im watching the video (great vid btw) and Im more of an endo/mesomorph body type. He reiterates that I should cut my carbs down too 100g per day giving more if needed for activity. I understand complex for prolonged energy and simple postworkout. My question is the fibrous carbs IE Veggies, etc (notable that your body does burn more calories trying to digest then what the actual intake is worth)...... Is the fibrous intake actually within the 100g intake of my carbs. Or am I aloud to eat as much fibrous carbs as I want during the day not effecting my 100g intake of simple and complex carbs?
